Chloe Lee
Head of Intellectual Property (IP) Practice

Ms Chloe Lee was recently recruited as Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property (IP) Practice.

Chloe qualified as a solicitor in 1990. Prior to joining SHL, she gained extensive experience covering contentious, non-contentious and commercial IP and IT in China and Hong Kong at other well known firms.

In recent years, she has advised on restructuring IP profiles for a number of leading companies in Hong Kong, assisted major chain restaurants in resolving agency and distribution disputes; litigated for large toy
manufacturers, vehicle makers and fashion brand names to uphold their IP rights; and advised on noncontentious matters including domain name procurement, software contracts, and product liability issues.

Chloe's success as an IP practitioner has led to her being named as a leading individual in IP practice in The Asia Pacific Legal 500, from 2001 to 2005.
